The Silent Movie

A three-movement work for woodwind quintet in true film style.

In the first part: “Charlie on scene” the comedian with his typical bowler hat arrives by car (at the beginning of the work you hear the horn) and experiences the craziest adventures. On his way he meets the girl of his dreams, interpreted by the first flute: “Charlie in love”. After frantic attempts to win the girl over, she finally manages to get a kiss. In the last part “Greetings” all the characters return with their musical themes to thank their audience. A spicy and humorous work.
