The Supernova Of Betelgeuse

This does not concern the demon Beetlejuice, but it does concern the star that probably exploded about 600 years ago, releasing a supernova. Betelgeuse is the brightest star in the constellation Orion after Rigel. The star is located 500 to 800 light-years from Earth.
